(3) Returned products must be shipped back in the same condition as they were delivered, Unworn with all tags/printed cards.

(4) Customers must pay any return shipping costs and ensure a tracking number for parcel.

• Each scarf has been artfully designed by Akiko in New York, digitally printed and machine hemmed in the UK. Every order is carefully packaged in a protective sleeve and a rigid envelop to ensure its safe delivery.
• We offer Free Shipping orders over $120 within the United States. For orders below $120, the shipping cost would be $6.00 (USPS Ground Advantage or UPS). All domestic orders will be processed within 3 business days and shipped via USPS or UPS with a tracking number.
• Please double check your delivery address, especially if you have a unit number as auto-fill can cause mischief. Incorrectly addressed parcels that require re-sending will incur a $6.00 postage fee.
